BOBBY ARVON:

Come live the happy days with Bobby Arvon - Billboard Hot 100 recording artist as heard on the popular "Happy Days" TV theme song! His high energy show captivates audiences whether it be singing, rollicking at the piano, doing comic impressions or performing one of his many original songs recorded throughout his career. Among the many live performances, Bobby has for many years, been performing as Headliner on Royal Caribbean Cruise ships, along with Princess, Regent cruises and others. He has appeared on a plethora of TV and live shows, such as Dick Clark's American Bandstand, the Merv Griffith Show and much more! He also hosted his own TV shows in Canada for the CBC network. 

A recent performance was at the House of Blues in Hollywood California, with Taylor Dane, 5th Dimension, Cheech Marin honoring Smokey Robinson.

Arvon’s show “HOOKED ON MUSIC” which he wrote, produced and starred in, at “The Showboat” Atlantic city and “Caesars”, prompted numerous reviews that were overwhelmingly positive noting his energetic piano playing and uncompromising singing style.

As a songwriter, his original songs have been recorded by the Fifth Dimension, Jack Jones, TG Sheppard and many other artists. Which led to his signing, by First Artist Records, owned by: Barbara Streisand, Paul Newman, Sydney Poitier, Steve McQueen and Dustin Hoffman, where his self-penned song “Until Now” landed on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, leading to many TV appearances, notably Dick Clark’s American Bandstand, Merv Griffin Show and others.

After recording his song “Later On”, produced by David Foster, Bobby won 1st prize in the American Songwriter contest in the Easy Listening category. and awards for 2 other songs. 

His range of music includes popular standards, rock, jazz and show tunes. Before you know it, you'll be caught up in the excitement - singing along, clapping your hands, stomping your feet and having one hell of a happy time!

MARKO MARCINKO:

During his years in the music industry, Marko Marcinko has worked as a freelance musician playing drum set, percussion, piano/keyboards, bass guitar, vocals, and trombone. He has also served as a studio session player, arranger, musical director, and producer for numerous commercial jingles, indie-films, and off-Broadway, club and theater engagements.

Born in Archbald, Pennsylvania, Marcinko studied technique with drumming master Joe Morello and continued his training at the University of Miami (FL) where he studied classical, jazz, contemporary, Brazilian, and Afro-Cuban styles under professors Fred Wickstrom, Steve Bagby, Steve Rucker, Harry Hawthorne, and Ney Resaro.

Marcinko toured and recorded with jazz legend Maynard Ferguson in the mid-’90s and with NEA Jazz Master Dave Liebman as a member of the Dave Liebman Group 2000-2014. He currently works with the Grammy-nominated Dave Liebman Big Band and the Organik Vibe Trio featuring Joel Frahm and Ron Oswanski, The Hal Galper Trio, The Marko Marcinko Latin Jazz Quintet and The Scranton Jazz Festival Big Band.

He is an Emmy nominated and Grammy nominated artist as well as the founder and artistic director of the PA Jazz Alliance, the Scranton Jazz Festival and the Montgomery County Jazz Festival. Marko has served as a music consultant, clinician, and adjudicator throughout the United States, Canada, South America, eastern/western Europe, and Japan.

For the past 25 years, professor Marcinko has served as director of jazz and contemporary music for the PA Jazz Institute. He has also served as adjunct professor of jazz at Lehigh University, Marywood University, SUNY Orange College and The Univ. of Richmond.

SCRANTON JAZZ FESTIVAL BIG BAND:

The Scranton Jazz Festival Big Band is an Emmy nominated jazz ensemble that features World class jazz musicians from NEPA and the surrounding areas. Under the direction of drummer, composer/arranger Marko Marcinko, the large jazz ensemble performs classic big band arrangements as well as modern selections which play a monumental role in jazz history. This all-star ensemble is a staple at the annual Scranton Jazz Festival every August and more recently during the holiday season performing the award winning, "Swinging Jazz Nutcracker Suite". With an exciting brassy sound, this ensemble brings you back to the days when big bands would perform regularly throughout the Wilkes-Barre, Scranton and Hazleton area.

LORENZO MEDICO:

Lorenzo Medico has been performing for over 30 years and has been on popular TV shows Popstars, ED, American Idol, and MTV. He has performed in studio, on set and live with notables such as Kelly Clarkson, Justin Guarini, Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul, Michael Keaton, Peter Dinklage and Andy Garcia. He has been featured in several motion pictures, played the Beast in the National Tour of "Beauty and the Beast" and has performed professionally throughout the US. In 2005, Fat Kat Records, a SONY subsidiary, produced his self-entitled album at Smash Studios in New York and his original song "Summer" became a cult hit in the Tampa, Florida market. In recent years, he has performed at the F.M. Kirby Center, the Kirby Center for Creative Arts at Wyoming Seminary, PNC Field and Mohegan Sun Arena. This is Lorenzo's first live production with his company, ARTIC Entertainment.
