Neurodiversity is a concept where neurological differences are to be accepted and respected as any other human variation. These differences can include Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Tourette's Syndrome, and many other neurological differences both innate and acquired over time. Neurodivergent individuals can bring a new perspective and innovation to the workplace, if only given a chance.
