Led by Ed Dillon, internationally renowned artist and owner, of The Dillon Studio (http://thedillonstudio.com) with over 10 year of teaching art, this club focuses on learning and building upon the fundamentals, starting with basic drawing exercises and graduating to photo realistic charcoal and pastel drawings. You DO NOT need an art background to join. He can teach anyone - novice to professionals are all welcome to 1 class or all classes. This club meets on Tuesdays from 10A-12P in the Wilkes-Barre YMCA cafe. All club meetings are FREE for YMCA members and $5 per session for non-members. Participants will need to bring: Box of #6B charcoal pencils Box of General's White charcoal (pastel) pencil Kneeded eraser Sharpener (electric or hand) Canson Paper Min-Teenes - has to be sky blue Drawing board (recommended but optional Reference photo(s)
