Join us for our next Wednesday Wisdom as we provide an introduction to the Wage and Hour Division, focusing on Acts enforced and investigative processes. An overview of the Fair Labor Standards Act (minimum wage, overtime, child labor, recordkeeping), and the Family and Medical Leave Act will be provided. Common Wage and Hour violations uncovered during the COVID-19 pandemic will also be explored.
