Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Two (2) years related experience in financial analysis
- Advanced skills with Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint programs - MS Excel in particular (manag spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principals, laws and regulations
- Excellent numeracy skils and an attention to detail with the ability to analyze and present complex da
- Familiarity with Non-Profit accounting
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- High degree of professionalism
Responsibilities/Duties
Oversee financial activities of the Business Office performing complex and diverse financial duties in support of Head Start objectives. Calculating, recording and reconciling General Ledger date to ensure 1 transactions are in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
