Purpose of this position:

Children’s Service Center is currently looking for an energetic and dependable person who works well independently and collectively as a treatment team Leader. If you are ambitious and confident in your ability to provide on-site coaching and monitoring, the Community & School Based Behavioral Health (CSBBH) Supervisor position is right for you. You will be fully trained to provide services to youth in these nontraditional settings. This position will report to the Vice President of Programs.


Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Work as a program supervisor to serve the CSBBH program staff with administrative direction
  • Ensure resources needed to operationalize the program in place
  • Ensure program operation is consistent with the approved program description
    • Including CSBBH program standards and CSC productivity expectations 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with county MH/MR Administrators, Behavioral Health MCO’s, and School Administrations for potential program development opportunities.

 Qualifications: 

Licensed (LSW, LPC, LCSW,CRNP) Master’s Degree Clinician with at least one or more years post master’s experience in a CASSP system (i.e./employed by or under Children and Youth Services, Juvenile Justice, Mental Health, Special Education or Drug and Alcohol working with children)

OR

Employed by a licensed mental health services agency or subcontracted agency 

Must pass Safe Crisis Management Training (physical and theory), upon hire and then annually as a condition of employment. Other requirements include:

  • Driver’s License 
  • FBI Act 73
  • Criminal history
  • Act 33 clearances
