The Northeast Regional Cancer Institute is seeking candidates to fill a part-time Patient Navigator position.

Patient Navigator

This individual will be responsible for providing direct patient services under the Community Based Cancer Screening Navigation Program to facilitate cancer screenings among program participants.The Patient Navigator will conduct telephone interviews with participants to assess needs regarding cancer screenings, provide education and resources to address needs and performing data entry to maintain accurate records of all contacts. Candidates should have strong interpersonal, verbal, telephone, and written communication skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus.
