Director of Human Resources

Oversee and manage recruiting, hiring, termination, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, organizational development, policy development and enforcement as well as regulatory compliance.

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or closely related field.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of management level experience administrating human resources, personnel, organizational development, and/or benefits certification, such as SHRM.
  • Prefer human resources and/or benefits certification, such as SHRM.
  • Prefer experience in managing union environments and familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and negotiations.
  • Experience in public transportation helpful.
  • Required to maintain a valid PA driver’s license.
  • Pay Scale: $70,000-$80,000
