Luzerne County Head Start, Inc. (LCHS) provides early childhood education and comprehensive services to pregnant women, children birth to age five and their families.  Head Start and Pre-K Counts are classroom-based early childhood education services and Early Head Start is a home visiting program.  Services are for qualified children and their families in Luzerne and Wyoming Counties.
