Community Bank N.A. Welcomes New VP, Business Development Officer

Wilkes-Barre, PA — Community Bank N.A. is pleased to announce that Deborah Saracino has joined its team as vice president, business development officer in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

In her new role, Saracino will develop and implement competitive loan and depository products to support customer needs. She will manage and oversee new business client relationships, as well as mortgage and small business lending activities.


Saracino has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. She joins Community Bank N.A. from Landmark Community Bank, where she most recently served as a vice president/mortgage department manager. Prior, she spent 33 years at M&T Bank.

Saracino attended Luzerne County Community College. She is chairperson of the Penn Lake Association board and a volunteer for the Our Lady of Hope Parish social concerns committee. Saracino resides in Penn Lake with her husband, Joseph.
