An Outreach Open House

Families with young children are invited to stop by Outreach - Center for Community Resources Luzerne office to meet our staff and learn about our free home visiting programs. Enjoy snacks, kid-friendly fun, raffles, and connect with a community ready to support you and your children. All of Outreach's programs are completely free, and the event is open to all. Questions?
