Program description: The 6S System is a series of activities designed to achieve overall improvement in efficiency, product quality, satisfaction of employees and mitigation of safety risks. Instructed by Mark Morgis, NEPIRC's Continuous Improvement Specialist, this training teaches the application of these six activities: Sorting, Setting in Order, Shine, Standardization, Sustainment and Safety. Participants will complete the training with a solid understanding of 6S and how to put it into place within their respective organizations.
