Embracing Neurodiversity in the Workplace
Presented by: Natalia Lyckowski, Global Neurodiversity at IBM & Business Resource Group Co-Chair
Neurodiversity is a concept where neurological differences are to be accepted and respected as any other human variation. These differences can include Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Tourette's Syndrome, and many other neurological differences both innate and acquired over time. Neurodivergent individuals can bring a new perspective and innovation to the workplace, if only given a chance. Come learn why culture change needs to be cultivated in the workplace, so neurodivergent talent can blossom, and everyone can bring their whole self to work.
