Hatha Yoga instructor Catherine Schaeffer, MFA, will join the Sordoni Art Gallery this week to guide a free one-hour session inspired by L’Esprit. She specializes in somatic-based yoga forms and currently teaches at Mount Yoga LLC, Eastwest Somatics Institute, and Wilkes University.
