Introducing Stacey Kile, our 2025 Community Service Award recipient!

As Sales Operations Manager at Geisinger Health Plan, Stacey Kile exemplifies the spirit of servant leadership through her unwavering commitment to serving others. A dedicated community leader, Stacey's impact is rooted in service, mentorship, and leadership across Northeastern Pennsylvania. Her passion for making a difference is evident through her extensive community involvement, where she empowers others to grow, lead, and contribute while helping build stronger, more connected communities.

Stacey's commitment to service extends across the region through active leadership and volunteer roles with organizations including Luzerne County Head Start, Leadership Northeast, the Osterhout Free Library, CASA of Wyoming Valley, SHINE, Fork Over Love, the Coffee Inclusive ITEP Program, and America250PA. Through these organizations, she contributes both strategic guidance and hands-on support to enhance community impact and expand access to vital resources.

Whether helping to drive literacy initiatives, advocating for children in the court system, supporting food insecurity programs, or advancing inclusive community programming, Stacey brings a collaborative, outcomes-driven approach that elevates each organization's reach and effectiveness. Her volunteerism is both broad and deeply personal. She steps in wherever there is need, offering her time, leadership, and vision while bringing others together to drive meaningful impact.

Stacey's work strengthens collaboration across organizations and creates lasting, community-wide change. She helps open doors to growth, empowering individuals to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and pursue meaningful opportunities while mentoring the next generation of changemakers.

Her extraordinary commitment has been recognized through numerous honors, including Luzerne County Head Start's Outstanding Community Partner Award, Leadership Northeast's Distinguished Leadership Alumni Award, the Luzerne Foundation's Volunteer Community Champion Award, and the American Heart Association's Woman of Impact Live Fierce Award. Each recognition reflects her ability to turn compassion into meaningful, measurable change.

Through every role she holds, Stacey leads with purpose and a deep commitment to servant leadership. She consistently puts others first, strengthening organizations, expanding opportunities, and creating meaningful, lasting impact throughout our community.
