“Dress for Success Luzerne County was founded in 2010 and is part of a global movement that believes every woman should have the opportunity to realize her full potential and achieve financial independence in a more egalitarian world. We believe that with the proper education, tools, and support, women have the capacity to lead more balanced, safer, and enriched lives.

We believe that by offering a woman access to career advancement, financial education and a supportive community will enable her to generate sustained improvement in all aspects of her life, regardless of background or current challenges. 

Dress for Success Luzerne County thanks the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce for the honor of being named Charitable Organization of the Year.  As we begin our 15th year serving the community we love, we are grateful for the support of our neighbors and friends. The staff and Board of Directors and I acknowledge the help we have received from our families and especially our army of volunteers as we strive to make our home in Northeastern Pennsylvania a better place for everyone.
