Meet Our Chamber Ambassador Dave Graff!

Meet Our Chamber Ambassador Dave Graff!

We sat down virtually with our Chamber Ambassador Council member, Dave Graff, Chief Marketing Officer at Center City Print, in this month's Chamber Ambassador Spotlight!

A little bit about Dave: Away from Center City Print, you can find Dave traveling with his wife and creating unique memories. You can also find him on the weekends playing a wedding or corporate event with the band Light Weight! Looking to connect? Reach out to Dave anytime! He would love to sit down for a coffee and get to know you.

Q: What is your favorite thing about your job?

A: Currently I lead all marketing activities produced by Center City Print. These activities include advertising, in-store experience, web experience, SEO, SEM, and PPC. In addition, I step in for special projects that come our way for both new and previous customers. My favorite thing about what I do is the challenge to balance internal challenges with customer needs. This creates a true balancing act that makes things both challenging and rewarding.

Q: What causes/organizations are you involved within the community?

A: At Center City Print, we are committed to our community through volunteering, in-kind donations, and sponsorships. Many of the organizations we are involved with operating in Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties. Organizations of note include Autism Awareness NEPA, Big Brothers Big Sisters NEPA, Children's Advocacy Center of Scranton and many community organizations and local sports teams.

Q: What is your favorite thing about the Wyoming Valley and how do you like to spend your spare time?

A: My favorite thing about the Wyoming Valley is the people and community. Growing up in this region, I really appreciate the sense of belonging our community provides and look forward to offering that same level of courtesy to others that are new toa. region. It's a great place to call home!

Q: Why did you choose to get involved in the Chamber Ambassador Council and what are you most looking forward to?

A: I chose to get involved as an Ambassador as a way to invite new members into our business community. I can remember the challenges in starting our Kingston location and starting to attend Chamber events in a completely new area. Chamber Ambassadors were our guide to success and introduced our business to community contacts and took the nerves away from networking events. If I can provide that same level of service to new members, I think we will set many up on a track to success within our business community.

Q: What are you most looking forward to about being a part of the Council?

A: I am most looking forward to building a network with fellow ambassadors. As employees, owners, and key personnel, sometimes we get lost in our day-to-day duties. By taking the time to be a part of something that is enriching to the community, we create long-lasting connections that are meaningful and sincere.
