Meet the 2020 Young Professionals Category Finalists for Entrepreneur of the Year!

Ashlee Martinelli, Founder & Creative Director of Every Little Thing, LLC and Owner of The Grand Bank

Ashlee Martinelli is an expert in the wedding and events industry and lives locally in Mountain Top, PA with her husband Scot and their 4 boys.  

Over the past three years she has grown her wedding planning and management business, Every Little Thing, LLC in excess of 60%. Her success now includes renovating and repurposing a historic 1920's bank to become a new events space, The Grand Bank. Combining her expertise in planning with a breathtaking vintage venue, Ashlee truly delivers GRAND events. Her specialized planning system gives couples professional guidance from day-1 to day-of with a skilled and knowledgeable team they can trust.

Beth Guarnieri-Powers & Jahmeel Powers, Owners of Powers Performance Coaching  

Elizabeth Guarnieri-Powers is an international actor, improviser, and fight coordinator who received her Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Regent University in 2018. After a decade of traveling for her professional acting career, she settled down in Swoyersville this past year after marrying the love of her life Jahmeel Powers. Since being married, she's become the Co-founder and Co-owner of Powers Performance Coaching, she enjoys numerous acting, fight coordination, and directing opportunities with her husband within the community, and she's become an Adjunct Professor of Theatre at King's College. Of all her recent accomplishments, she is most proud of being a brand-new mommy to Anntoinette Powers: born June 2020.

Jahmeel Powers is an international actor, director, and improviser originally hailing from Dundee, MI. After receiving his Master of Fine Arts in Acting in 2018, he moved to NEPA in May 2019, marrying the love of his life, Elizabeth Guarnieri (Powers) in June. He has been blessed with many opportunities working together with Elizabeth since moving to NEPA including; acting with Gaslight Theatre, Act out Theatre, and Intrepidus Theatre Lab, and improvising and writing comedy with Scranton Improv. He is now the new Visiting Assistant Professor of Theatre at King's College in Wilkes-Barre.  His favorite role to date is "Father" to Anntoinette Powers: born June 2020.

Connor is an entrepreneur and builder that is passionate about building products that empower customer experiences. His approach combines expertise in property development and management, culinary and hospitality excellence, e-commerce and logistics efficiency, product development and production, and content creation. He works to improve lives, inside and outside the walls of his businesses. Connor believes that by extending hospitality to our communities, he has strengthened his own culture and business.
