Carl Puskar, Trooper, Community Affairs Officer for the Pennsylvania State Police

Trooper Carl J. Puskar has served as a Pennsylvania State Trooper since September 13th, 2012. Trooper Puskar is currently in the Community Affairs Section, Office of Community Engagement. Trooper Puskar’s primary role is to build and maintain a positive relationship between the Pennsylvania State Police and communities throughout the Commonwealth. Prior to joining the Pennsylvania State Police, he was a municipal Police Officer for 13 years. In addition, Trooper Puskar is an active member of the Pennsylvania State Police Ice Hockey Team and Dallas Kiwanis. He resides in the Back Mountain with his wife Katey and daughters Ava and Elin.
