Cassandra Coleman, Executive Director of America250PA

Cassandra Coleman serves as the Executive Director of America250PA, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Commission that was charged with planning and coordinating all of the programming, projects and events around the 250th anniversary of the United States in 2026. 

She has spent a lifetime in public service, beginning at the young age of 20, when she served as the Youngest Female Mayor in the United States. She continued her service in positions with United State Senator Bob Casey and Governor Tom Wolf. 

Cassandra is active in her community on the Board of Directors for King's College, Leadership Northeast, Children's Service Center and Junior League of Wilkes Barre. 

She resides in Exeter with her 8-year-old son, Jimmy. 

Samantha Connors, Lean Manager at SCHOTT

Samantha is originally from Upstate, NY, and enjoys gardening and spending time outside with her dog, Otto. She looks forward to taking trips to visit her friends and family whenever possible, especially when it involves live music.

Shelby Monk, Marketing & Events Coordinator for the Diamond City Partnership

According to Shelby, she is "honored to be nominated for this award - as I care deeply about the positive growth of NEPA. Congrats to all nominees making a difference in the place we call home!" Shelby lives with her fiancé, Alex and Goldendoodle, Oakley in Hanover Township and they like to travel, eat, and spend time with friends/family.
