Elisha Nolan, Co-Managing Member at the Alter House Restaurant
Elisha is a devoted mom and wife, navigating life as an above the knee amputee, while passionately advocating for fellow patients. As a seven year owner of a farm-to-table restaurant, she strives to inspire others and empower her community. Her journey fuels her commitment to making a positive impact and supporting those facing similar challenges all while working hard to make necessary changes within the hospitality industry that were far overdue.
Brandon O'Malley, Business Owner of Benny's
Brandon was born and raised in Scranton, PA. He graduated from Scranton High School in 2008. He dabbled in police work and was pursuing a career as an electrician before opening his first location, Benny's of Peckville, in 2016. He loves the business and the fast paced work environment. He takes pride in the food and atmosphere and is proud of what he does. He has two beautiful sons Jameson and Jace. In July of 2023, Benny's of Clark's Summit opened and in March 2024, Benny's of Green Ridge was opened.
Erica Zangardi, Owner, Coach, & Trainer at The Cycle Yard
Erica is a mom of two, a Certified Cycling/TRX coach, and a Comprehensive Pilates trainer who opened The Cycle Yard studio to bring people together again through sweat, community, and strength post pandemic. At TCY, she and her team share her core values for making fitness accessible, enjoyable, & exemplify the power of community and a self care routine on an individual's physical and mental health.
