Shea Hughes, Executive Director of the Rainbow Alliance and Owner of Gemini Events
Shea is the Executive Director of the Rainbow Alliance and the Owner of Gemini Events, where she combines her event planning expertise with her passion for giving back to her community. Born and raised in NEPA, she's immensely proud of the area she grew up in and of all of the people in her community that work hard to make NEPA a great place to live.
Kelley Laird, AVP, Retail Branch Manager II at Fidelity Bank
Kelley Laird is the AVP, Retail Branch Manager II of the Fidelity Bank Financial Center Office in Downtown Scranton. She lives in Dunmore with her husband, Dustin and their dog, Patsy. Kelley loves to stay busy, both at work and in the community. She is a teacher at Ballet Theatre of Scranton/The Dance Studio, as well as an event planner for Condella Consulting. When Kelley is not working, you can find her volunteering within the community with various organizations that she is involved in such as The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce Influencers, Ballet Theatre of Scranton, Scranton Tomorrow, Junior League of Scranton, Leadership Lackawanna, and the Society of Irish Women. Kelley was recently featured as a rising star in Happenings Magazine for her dedication to her career, as well as the community she lives in.
Kelsey Van Horn, Graphic, Brand and Web Designer of Kelsey Van Horn Design Studio and Co-owner of Wilkes-Barre Climbing Gym
For the past 8+ years, Kelsey Van Horn has worked as a graphic designer, web designer, and brand strategist within her boutique design agency, Kelsey Van Horn Design Studios, and she is also the co-owner of the Wilkes-Barre Climbing Gym with her partner, Chuck. Kelsey was named one of the Top 20 Under 40 by the NEPA Business Journal in 2023 and is currently participating in the Leadership Northeast Class of 2025. She is passionate about art, rock climbing, the outdoors and her local community, serving on the boards of Eastern Pennsylvania Alliance of Climbers and the American Advertising Federation NEPA, as well as serving as a trail maintenance volunteer with the Blue Mountain Eagle Climbing Club.
