Jennifer Ciarimboli, CEO of studio BE
Jennifer Ciarimboli, founder and CEO of studio BE, spent nearly a decade as a successful corporate sales representative in the telecommunications industry, however, her long hours, intense travel and demanding work environment caused her to suffer from burnout. She then trained to be a yoga teacher and transformed her life. Recently, Jenn founded studio BE which brings meditation and other mindfulness-based practices, techniques, and tools directly to corporate teams. Through studio BE, she seeks to help workers at all levels grow from merely surviving to thriving.
An expert teacher and dedicated practitioner of meditation and yoga, Jenn has dedicated her time, energy, and practice to deep studies in yin yoga, Buddha dharma (the teachings of the Buddha), spiritual inquiry, and mindfulness meditation. Reflecting on her career in corporate sales, she recognized that if she had learned some of the methods and techniques of mindfulness meditation years ago, she might have been better able to manage her stress in a healthier way. From this insight, studio BE was born.
