Please join us on Tuesday, August 16th at 9 am for an update on what the plans for Electric Vehicle (EV) Infrastructure are in the Wyoming Valley. Colton Brown, Energy Program Specialist for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, and Natasha Fackler, PennDOT Infrastructure Implementation Coordinator for PennDOT, will be leading the discussion.

About Our Speakers

Colton Brown is an Energy Program Specialist for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. His primary responsibilities include managing electric vehicle charging station funding programs, engaging and educating stakeholders about electric vehicles, and leading other electric vehicle initiatives. Colton obtained undergraduate degrees in Economics and Geography from Millersville University and a Master’s of Science in Environmental Planning and Management from Johns Hopkins School of Engineering for Professionals.


Natasha Fackler has taken on a newly created role as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Infrastructure Implementation Coordinator – to advise the Governor’s Office and PennDOT, and develop best practices on the use of, and receipt of, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law program funds.   She is also designated as the state’s lead point of contact on the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) formula program to guide investments in electrification across the Commonwealth. 

Prior to taking on this new role, she served as PennDOT’s Policy Director and has over 24-years of experience in the Commonwealth. Natasha earned both her undergraduate degree and Master's in Public Administration from Shippensburg  University.
