Time:           Cash Bar 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. and Hors d’ Oeuvres.

Dinner at 4:00p.m.  Awards immediately following dinner.

Acceptance Speeches:  Will be monitored for length. Appropriate time will be provided.

                                           Inductees and Honorees will be seated 

                                                in the audience with their guests.

Photos:        Photo opportunities will be available during the cocktail hour and after

                     the event.  A professional photographer will be available for individual

Special Awards:  Will be presented to the Inductees during the event. Other Award

                              winners will receive special recognition at the ceremony.

Ticket costs are $65. Per adult (13 and over) – Chicken Francaise’

Vegan/GF Selection – Grilled Portobello Mushroom with Lentils

$25. per child 3 – 12 years of age 

Chicken Fingers/Fries 

Children 2 & under – free   (Selections as above)

• We need your support, and the support of your family and friends to help defray the cost of the banquet, as well as the scholarships we award each year to area high school student/athletes, the updating of the Museum/Exhibit at the Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton International Airport and lastly, to aid the community through
• our many service projects.

• Please note that the price of the ticket includes a one-year membership in the

Luzerne County Sports Hall of Fame (a portion of this membership fee goes to our parent organization – the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame).  The membership will allow each individual the right to vote for the individuals inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame. A ballot will be mailed to our membership in early 2024 and we hope everyone will vote for our nominees.

• ONLINE TICKETS - CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED ON THE WEBSITE.  Each Fr/Fam. table will comfortably seat 10 guests. Additional tables are available for relatives and friends. If you need additional tickets, please let us know. Paper tickets can be provided upon request.  (Online ticket purchase is the surest method).

Our program book will showcase all inductees.  Full page ads in the program book will include a photo of you and a message of congratulations.  Ad costs are listed below.  Note that if you obtain two half-page ads, they can be combined into a full-page ad with a photo, etc.  We would appreciate your assistance in obtaining ads from family/friends/businesses/schools, etc. in order to help defray the cost of the program book and banquet.
