  • Wilkes University invites applicants for a Database Manager in the Office of Advancement, which encompasses Development and Alumni & Constituent Engagement. This position will play a critical role in helping the Advancement team as part of the University's comprehensive campaign. 

    The Advancement Database Manager will conduct the necessary functions related to carrying out the work of the division's accuracy in maintaining data, reporting capabilities, as well as quality control in data input processes. Reporting to the Director of Advancement Operations, this position will serve as the main data steward for the CRM and to the Advancement Division. This position will assist the Director in developing policies and procedures and reports to meet day-to-day as well as strategic needs in support of institutional priorities. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information, including data input and output, gift processing and acknowledgment, dashboard reporting, and user training. This position will make certain that reports meet internal and external deadlines as well as learn all modules of CRM Ellucian Advance. Knowledge of this CRM is preferred but not required. A bachelor's degree is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of attention to detail and a steady work ethic. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
