  • Wilkes University invites applicants for a Corporate & Foundation Relations Officer position in the Office of Advancement, which encompasses Development and Alumni & Constituent Engagement. The position reports to the Director of Development. This position will play a critical role in helping the Advancement team as part of the University's upcoming comprehensive campaign.

    The successful candidate is responsible for researching grant opportunities and submitting proposals to corporations and foundations in support of the University. Establishing meaningful relationships on behalf of the University in the business community and beyond will be essential in this role. This position requires strong research and writing skills, a broad knowledge of fundraising, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will travel on behalf of the University as required and conduct in-person visits with current and potential grantors. A bachelor's degree is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing grants and demonstrate a commitment to the mission of Wilkes University, adhering to necessary deadlines. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
