Production Skilled and Trades Manufacturing Entry Level

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping all plant equipment operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to get worse. A Maintenance Technician will usually be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around the facility. Some of the other duties and responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician include:


  • Essential job duties include day to day equipment maintenance including troubleshooting of mechanical & electrical systems and timely repair of those systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and solve problems associated with equipment downtime.
  • Candidates will work with minimal supervision, need to be self-motivated, dependable, punctual, organized, and be in attendance for work duties. Employees must have good communication skills and be able to work well with others.
  • Demonstrate strong ethical and judgment skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to read electrical schematics, ability to use a digital multimeter.
  • Regular Inspection of all electrical, mechanical & other equipment in the facility
  • Coordinating with production and other departments for feedback on the functionality of the equipment.
  • Reporting all defects and damages to the maintenance team lead
  • Comply with all safety standards for industry and the facility.
  • Maintaining all records of the repair and maintenance works conducted using WO system (PMware).
  • Welding, Electrical, & Machining Skills a plus

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $18.00- $25.00 Dependent on Experience



Shift


3rd Shift- Monday- Friday 10:00pm – 6:30am.


PM Shift- 2 eight hour days throughout the week plus Saturday and Sunday 6:00am-     6:30pm.
