YES! One-Day Team Member

This part-time role supports our YES! Day program team by working closely with volunteers and helping to set up and facilitate our half-day morning YES! Programs in middle schools across NEPA. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in an energetic environment, and want to play a hands-on role in delivering impactful programming to students, this could be a fantastic opportunity. YES! Day Delivery Driver

Do you enjoy being on the move and working hands-on? We’re hiring for a part-time driver to assist with loading, delivering, unloading, and setting up materials for our YES! Days at schools throughout NEPA. This role is perfect for someone who’s reliable, organized, and enjoys a mix of physical and logistical work. Must have a valid driver's license, an SUV/station wagon-type vehicle, and valid auto insurance. Paid hourly rate and mileage.

What is a JA YES! (Your Economic Success) Day?

JA’s YES! (Your Economic Success) Day brings the real world into schools to help students connect what they are learning in the classroom with their own future success. YES! Day engages middle school students with hands-on, interactive learning activities in career exploration, STEM, personal finance, trade jobs, interviewing, and more. Corporate and community volunteers lead these sessions, sharing real-world insights and experiences that bring each lesson to life while sharing their career journeys with students.

Both roles are critical to ensuring we can provide engaging, impactful programs to thousands of students across NEPA. With a lighter workload during the summer, these positions offer great work-life balance and the chance to make a real difference in our community.
