• You’re a persuasive storyteller with a talent for marketing and generating financial support
• You excel at building visibility and securing resources to fuel big ideas
• You think big, plan long-term, and know how to turn vision into action
• Know your way around grant management? That’s a plus.
• You communicate clearly, connect easily, and thrive in conversations from the boardroom to Main Street
• You’re confident navigating Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook—your tech skills keep things running smoothly
• If you’ve worked with a CRM or membership database, that’s a plus
• Know what IOM or CCE means? That tells us you're already speaking our language
• If you’ve worked in nonprofits, even better—you know how to turn passion into real-world impact
