SMB Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator
As our SMB Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator, you will lead multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance metrics, optimize marketing initiatives for maximum ROI, and support commercial (MDU/HOA) sales efforts to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Development
- Develop and execute integrated B2B and SMB acquisition marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive new customer growth
- Plan and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, direct mail, SMS/text messaging, door hanger campaigns, webinars, and community events
- Create engaging marketing content tailored to specific customer segments and local markets
Customer Acquisition & Conversion
- Support SMB sales initiatives from prospect awareness through completed service orders
- Partner with Commercial Sales teams to support MDU and HOA marketing initiatives
- Assist in building local market awareness campaigns to drive demand for fiber internet services
Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance using CRM and marketing analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar tools
- Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, engagement, and ROI
- Conduct ongoing testing and optimization of marketing campaigns to improve acquisition performance
Marketing Operations & Collaboration
- Maintain prospect and campaign data within HubSpot CRM or related marketing systems
- Develop content calendars and messaging frameworks to support SMB marketing initiatives
- Generate regular marketing performance reports with key metrics, insights, and recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SMB, or acquisition marketing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies
- Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights
- This role requires the use of your personal vehicle to drive to and from prospective customer locations.?A valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle are required.

Schedule & Travel:
- Full-time position
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for events and local marketing initiatives
- Travel within Greenlight markets as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $57,000 – $65,000. The actual annual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
