Neil T. O'Donnell Honored with Milton D. Rosenberg Award by the Pennsylvania Association for Justice
Wilkes-Barre, PA – July 2025 — O'Donnell Law Offices is proud to announce that its founder, Neil T. O'Donnell, has received the Milton D. Rosenberg Award from the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ). The award is presented annually to a trial lawyer whose devotion to injured victims, leadership, and service to the organization best reflect the values and legacy of the late PAJ President Milton D. Rosenberg.
This distinguished honor recognizes Neil’s decades of unwavering advocacy for injured Pennsylvanians, his leadership within the legal
community, and his commitment to preserving the integrity of the civil justice system. Although Neil has never measured his career by accolades, the award marks a meaningful tribute to a lifetime spent helping families during their most difficult times.
A board-certified Civil Trial Specialist, Neil O'Donnell founded O'Donnell Law Offices in 1990. He has consistently been recognized as a leader in the field of personal injury law, with numerous selections to The Best Lawyers in America and ongoing recognition on the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Top 10 list, including a 2025 designation as one of the top 10 attorneys in the state for the seventh consecutive year.
His legal practice focuses on serious and catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, sexual abuse cases, and trucking and commercial vehicle accidents. Beyond his legal work, Neil has made community service a cornerstone of his life—serving on the Board of Trustees at King's College, speaking at legal seminars, and earning recognition as the 2023 Man of the Year by the Greater Wilkes-Barre Friendly Sons of St. Patrick.
Neil resides in Wilkes-Barre with his wife, Cathy O’Donnell, with whom he shares a deep commitment to both the law and their local community. Together, they are the proud parents of two adult children, Neil O’Donnell and Renata O’Donnell, both practicing attorneys. Their daughter-in-law, Mehak O’Donnell, is also an attorney, and they are delighted to be grandparents to their first grandchild, Adam O’Donnell. The O’Donnell family remains deeply rooted in Northeastern Pennsylvania, united by service, tradition, and a shared dedication to justice.
