MOSCOW, PA — The North Pocono Cultural Society invites families and community members to celebrate the season at its Fall Festival and HALLOWEEN PARADE on Saturday, October 24, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in downtown Moscow, Pennsylvania. The Halloween parade will step off at 3:00 p.m. at the intersection of Academy and Main Street and ending at the Moscow Borough Building on VanBrunt Street where you will find a Trunk or Treat waiting for you. The North Pocono Cultural Society is excited to bring Halloween spirit, creativity, and family fun to the community.

Everyone who dresses up and participates in the parade will receive $5 OFF EVERY TIME THEY VISIT the North Pocono Nightmare Haunted House on Main Street in Moscow, on Saturday, October 24th AND Sunday, October 25th!

This year’s festivities will feature a special appearance by the talented artists of Leadbelly Productions of Covington Township, the LOCAL creative team behind Creepy Candy, an animated children’s show. Visitors can stop by the Moscow Borough Building during the festival to meet the creators, enjoy some candy, check out Creepy Candy plushies, and color pages from the show’s coloring book. Their appearance offers a wonderful opportunity to celebrate local creativity and the talented people bringing original characters and stories to life right here in our region.

The Fall Festival and parade promise an afternoon of seasonal fun for children, families, and visitors of all ages. The North Pocono High School Band will be performing on VanBrunt Street after the parade. The Cultural Society is pleased to bring these community traditions together while showcasing local talent and encouraging residents to come out and enjoy downtown Moscow.

“We are excited to welcome everyone back for our Fall Festival and Halloween Parade,” said the North Pocono Cultural Society. “We are especially thrilled to welcome the creators of Creepy Candy and give families an opportunity to meet the local artists behind this imaginative children’s show.”
