Pennsylvania Mixed-Use Housing Development Pilot Program

Overview

The Pennsylvania Mixed-Use Housing Development Pilot Program (PA MHD) is established to provide grant funding to eligible applicants for the development or conversion of buildings or land for mixed-use development, which include a portion of the development or conversion project devoted to a final residential use.

Funding

There is no maximum or minimum grant amount. However, grant awards will be subject to availability from the annual funding appropriation.

Please refer to the program guidelines for additional information about the program and application submission.

Applications will be accepted through the Single Application for Assistance between October 23, 2024, and December 6, 2024. All proposals and required application supplemental information must be electronically submitted by close of business on December 6, 2024.
