Save The Date for North Branch Land Trust’s Annual Barn Banquet  

Dallas Township, PA - North Branch Land Trust has set its 2025 Annual Barn Banquet to take place on Tuesday, September 16, at Friedman Farms, Dallas. 

The 4th annual event will celebrate NEPA’s agricultural heritage and the Land Trust’s ongoing commitment to conserving Northeastern Pennsylvania’s local farmlands and rich agricultural assets. Enjoy an evening of farm to table food provided by Bank + Vine, connect with other supporters of conservation, and learn about North Branch Land Trust’s programs for 2026.  

“The Barn Banquet is one of my favorite occasions - especially since the Friedman Farms venue has such beautiful scenery in the Back Mountain. It’s a perfect time to celebrate our mission to preserve land, whether it’s completely natural or agricultural. I look forward to seeing everyone on September 16th!” enthuses Stephen Maakestad, chair of North Branch Land Trust.  

Founded in 1993, North Branch Land Trust is a nonprofit, community-driven organization dedicated to conserving the lands, waters, and natural resources of Northeastern Pennsylvania. 

Through private conservation easements, public partnerships with organizations such as the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and ownership of more than 600 acres of publicly accessible preserves and sanctuaries, North Branch Land Trust is an active champion for the conservation of our region’s natural resources.
