Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak Named No. 3728 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 List, the Most Prestigious Ranking of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

Company Recognized for 71% Three-Year Revenue Growth, Earning a Place Among the Nation’s Most Successful Independent Businesses

(WILLIAMSPORT, Pa.) August 11, 2026 – Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, an elder law firm with seven locations in northeastern and central Pennsylvania, today announced it has been ranked No. 3728 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy. Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia.

“It is an honor to be named to the Inc. 5000 list for the first time,” said Attorney Julieanne Steinbacher, CELA, founding shareholder of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak. “While the recognition is based solely on revenue growth over the last three years, it is a testament to the quality work that everyone on our team has done and continues doing on behalf of our clients, many of whom have referred other friends and family to us. We often see people when they are not at their best and are coming to us to help them navigate through a tough time in their lives, and we thank all of them for placing their trust in us. On behalf of the other partner attorneys, I’d like to thank our entire team for their hard work and dedication, which has most importantly assisted our clients in their time of need, but also helped lead to this amazing honor.”

This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products, and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.

SGY is one of three companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list from Williamsport, and the only one in the legal field. It is also one of just seven companies on the list to be based in SGY’s rough geographic footprint, spanning northeastern and central Pennsylvania. Additionally, it is one of just eight in the legal category from Pennsylvania, and the only one not based in either Greater Philadelphia or Pittsburgh, and one of only two firms from Pennsylvania that solely practices elder law to be included on the list.

“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance–it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”

Inc. will celebrate the honorees at the 2026 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, taking place October 14–16 in Dallas, Texas and the top 500 will be listed in the Fall issue of Inc. Magazine. Tickets are on sale now.
