Willows Vending Brings Community-Focused Smart Markets to Local Residential and Public Service Locations

Regional business expands innovative access to food, beverages, prepared foods, and household essentials through local partnership and collaboration

Nescopeck, PA, March 25, 2026

Willows Vending, a locally based smart market company headquartered in Nescopeck, Pennsylvania, is expanding convenient access to food, beverages, prepared foods, and household essentials through partnerships with residential communities and public service organizations across the region.

Founded by Linsey Houtz and built alongside her husband, Tom DiMaria, Willows Vending is rooted in the belief that convenience should be thoughtful, reliable, and responsive to the real needs of the people it serves. Through modern self-service smart markets, the company offers a wide variety of snacks, beverages, home goods, and other everyday items tailored to each location.

What sets Willows Vending apart is the perspective behind it. Linsey and Tom bring professional backgrounds in healthcare and human services, with experience centered on caring for people, solving problems, and serving communities in meaningful ways. That foundation continues to shape the company’s mission and approach. Rather than viewing vending as a one-size-fits-all service, Willows Vending approaches each partnership with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, and the goal of making everyday life easier for residents, staff, and visitors.

Willows Vending is also committed to supporting local business and strengthening the regional economy by sourcing as many products as possible from vendors in the surrounding area and across Pennsylvania. A key example of that commitment is its partnership with Root 11 Bistro, a local vendor that will be preparing fresh food offerings for Willows Vending machines. Together, the two share a commitment to making convenient food access more inclusive, with thoughtful consideration for dietary restrictions and the needs of a diverse community. By prioritizing local and Pennsylvania-based partnerships whenever practical, Willows Vending aims to deliver quality, convenient products while helping support the small businesses and communities it serves.

Willows Vending also values creative collaboration as part of building strong community connections. The company is grateful for its partnership with Team Apollo, whose photo and video work helped capture and share the Willows Vending story with the broader community. By working with local community partners, Willows Vending is able to highlight not only its services and locations, but also the people, partnerships, and shared community spirit behind the business.

Current Willows Vending locations include Apollo Apartments, Honeysuckle Student Apartments, and the Swoyersville Police Department.

Willows Vending will celebrate its official ribbon cutting on April 17, 2026, at Apollo Apartments, followed by an open house at Honeysuckle Student Apartments. The Honeysuckle partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the community through collaboration, service, and improved access to everyday essentials. More than a business relationship, the partnership represents a mutual investment in creating a better experience for residents and supporting a stronger, more connected community.

Willows Vending is grateful to work alongside community-minded partners like Honeysuckle Student Apartments, whose engagement and shared vision have helped bring this effort to life.

“We started Willows Vending with the belief that convenience should do more than fill a space. It should genuinely serve people,” said Linsey Houtz, co-owner of Willows Vending. “Our backgrounds in healthcare and human services shaped the way we see this business. We believe good service starts with listening, being responsive, and creating something that truly helps people in their daily lives. We are proud to partner with local organizations, local vendors, residential communities, and community partners to provide smart markets that offer variety, accessibility, and dependable service.”

As Willows Vending continues to grow, the company remains committed to community collaboration, responsive service, and providing a diverse selection of food, drink, prepared food, and household products designed to serve people from all walks of life.
