Chelsea Zimmerman is a Pennsylvania native who has felt most at home in NEPA since attending Marywood University (graduate of 2015). Trained as a clinically based speech-language pathologist, her career has taken her to major hospital networks treating the tiniest of neonatal newborns to adults battling head and neck cancer. Inspired by constant roadblocks she was faced amongst cross team projects, she completed a master's degree in health profession teaching and technology, where crucial courses in leadership, instructional design, and adult learning helped break down barriers commonly found in the allied health world. This additional degree led her to a profession of andragogy, sales enablement, and training landing a job with a wholesome medical equipment company all the while, building a compassionate and caring private practice right here in NEPA. Chelsea feels passionate about inspiring others to break against the norm and follow their passions, even if it means more than one.
