Justin Edwards serves as Government Affairs and Public Policy Manager with Comcast based in Duryea, Pennsylvania. He is responsible for assisting with local regulatory, franchising, and public policy matters assigned to the Northeastern Pennsylvania region.

Prior to joining Comcast, Edwards served as a Congressional Fellow for the Matt Cartwright campaign during the 2022 midterm elections. Previously, As a Route Surveillance Specialist for the Bio-Chemical Processing company Buffalo Bio-Diesel, he visited over 600 client locations in the NEPA region during his tenure. He joined the Army Reserves at eighteen and served six years as a Multichannel Transmission Systems Operator and Maintainer.

He earned a B.A. in Political Science from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Growing up, Justin always had a passion for writing and public speaking. One of his fondest memories was receiving the Elmer Hafer Award for his essay on the influence of the military on American society. Public speaking and writing have always been interests of his, and they have ultimately led him to a career in politics.
