About

Sarah Borland is a partner in Borland & Borland LLP; a civil law firm in downtown Wilkes-Barre. She is a graduate of Meyers High School, Dickinson College, and Cardozo School of Law.  Sarah coordinates the Valley Santa program and sits on that board as well as the boards of the Family Service Association, Northeast Sight Services, Osterhout Free Library, Luzerne County Library System, the Fine Arts Fiesta, and CASA of Luzerne County.  She is also active with the Wilkes-Barre Rotary Club and multiple other committees. Sarah was the longtime coach of E.L. Meyers Speech and Debate and served as the President of the Scranton Diocese Debate League. Sarah is also a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Federal Middle District.  She was a member of the 2017 Leadership Wilkes-Barre class. Sarah is also an avid reader, keen traveler, and a diehard fan of the Boston Red Sox, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Cleveland Browns.
