About

Regina Graham is a Program Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Geisinger Health System, an integrated health services organization that serves more than three million residents through 45 counties in central, south-central, and northeast Pennsylvania with over 25,000 employees. In her role at Geisinger, Regina provides leadership and support of DEI programs and initiatives across the organization and within the community. Her focus areas include strengthening Geisinger’s partnerships and engagement within the communities we serve and addressing health disparities through strategic programming to facilitate sustained community-level health equity. Regina has been at Geisinger Health System for more than 12 years and has worked to develop various skill sets to further her career within the organization. She has experience in patient-facing roles as well as clinical operations in Population Health, with a focus on program management, technology and innovation, and patient services and resources. Regina also is heavily involved in our local community. She is a volunteer with CASA, a member of the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce DEI Council, and consults with various community-based organizations to help enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and practices.
