About
Sharbari Dey is an accessibility and inclusion professional in healthcare, currently serving as Director of Accessibility and Opportunity at Geisinger Health System. She has served in diversity leadership roles at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, World Health Partners and UT Southwestern Medical Center in Texas.
With global experience spanning nonprofit and corporate sectors, she has partnered with employees across every continent to apply inclusion principles in diverse, transnational contexts. Sharbari brings deep expertise in facilitation, conflict mediation, and employee engagement, with a focus on creating respectful and resilient team cultures in the workplace. She holds an MSW from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, India and a doctoral degree from North Carolina State University.
