Taryn Talacka is a communications, marketing, and media professional with 10+ years of experience. She graduated from Misericordia University in 2015 with her Bachelor of Arts in Communications degree. After working in the television news industry for 5+ years, she switched careers to work in marketing in 2021. Since then, she’s used her experience to review cover letters and resumes and offer interviewing tips, to women who want to get out of the television news industry and pursue other career fields. Her tips and advice are applicable across all industries and focus on building up a person’s confidence and explaining how the skills and knowledge they’ve gained thus far can be used in other fields.
