About

Alicia is the Associate Dean of High Impact Practices and Faculty Success at Lackawanna College and has over 20 years of experience in adult education, including corporate training, college classroom experience, and higher ed administration. Her passion for psychological safety and leadership excellence in educational environments influences the work she does every day. Her publications include writing for Harvard Business Impact Education and designing a handbook to support first-time college instructors and adjuncts. 

Alicia's experience with the Bonner Leader Program at Wilkes University introduced her to the content for her workshop at the Change Maker Conference, and her enthusiasm for hands-on learning will make this workshop a meaningful opportunity to engage, reflect, and learn about your own role as a servant leader in our community.
