About
Jessica Cronauer is an accomplished leadership development strategist, executive coach, and educator with more than a decade of experience advancing individuals and organizations across Northeastern Pennsylvania and beyond.
As Executive Director of Leadership Northeast, she has guided the growth of one of the region’s most impactful leadership organizations, developing research-informed programs that have engaged thousands of professionals, educators, and emerging leaders. She is the architect behind innovative initiatives such as Impact: Leadership in Education and Amplify: Women’s Leadership Certificate Program, both designed to strengthen talent pipelines and expand access to leadership opportunities.
Jessica’s work spans nonprofit leadership, executive coaching, and cross-sector consulting, where she partners with organizations to support culture development, leadership transitions, and long-term strategic growth. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University and maintains advanced certifications in executive coaching and leadership development.
In addition to her professional roles, Jessica is an active civic leader and educator, serving on regional boards and as an adjunct faculty member at several local universities. Her work reflects a deep commitment to building stronger leaders, organizations, and communities throughout Northeast Pennsylvania.
