That time on the anchor desk and in the field taught him a fundamental truth: everything comes down to the power of a well-told story. 

Today, Norm is a Partner and the Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Cup O Code, where he transforms his deep expertise in storytelling, strategic partnerships, and crisis communications into high-impact marketing strategies. A passionate advocate for the non-profit sector, Norm has also spent over two decades in servant leadership roles for some of the region's and world’s most recognizable charitable organizations.

He specializes in helping new business owners and non-profit leaders clearly define who they are, who they serve, and how to authentically communicate their mission to the world.
